Jonathan Goodman

President, Founder

When Jonathan graduated from High School, as a star baseballer with a love of photography he took a stab at College Life- and after one day he determined it was not for him.

As a private pilot, his first thought was to joining the Air Force and to become a flyer, but since he had no college he was offered the job of a photographer instead. Upon hearing that news, Jon hightailed it over to the Marine Recruiting Station, and signed up.

As a U.S. Marine he qualified and served with the elite Force Recon Unit. At the age of 21, and now a Marine Reservist, Jonathan started Eclipse Colocation, which later became Corporate Colocation. Jonathan ran a one man show, at first, building and installing servers, marketing and contacting clients as well as doing accounting and billing.

In 2002 Jonathan purchase Mzima Colocation and merged it with Eclipse and Corporate Colocation was born.

In 2004, came the news that Jon was being deployed to Iraq with the local Pasadena Unit 4th LADD. Marine Sgt Jonathan Goodman was activated for one year in Iraqi Freedom II seeing combat and being awarded the Marine Combat Action Ribbon and other citations. Upon return, father, who proudly watched the business while Jon was serving, was asked by Jonathan to stay on.

Since then Jon and his Dad have worked day in and day out to provide the best possible Network, Infrastructure, and Redundancy as well Amenities that are available to our customer, many who have been with Corporate Colocation six years on more.

Jon says. "The best part of this business is creating a place, a datacenter you can take pride it, the best of breed, and that is our mission."
